Mountain Christian believes that the work of ministry belongs to the church body. Because of this, there are a number of "Ministry Teams" which coordinate and direct many ministry areas at Mountain. Members of Mountain are led to serve in areas related to their gifts and they do much of the planning and "grass roots" ministry. Each ministry team has a staff member who helps in directing, coordinating, and equipping.
